ABOUT THE PROJECT
HelloSociety is an Influencer Powered Social Media Marketing company recently acquired by the New York Times.
Our goal for this project was to redesign their website in a way that would faithfully represent their new visual mood and aesthetic, as well as its top-notch branded content featured and created by their Influencers’ partnerships.

My key activities included:
Planning project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability and application;
Leading the exploration, evaluation, and design and development of technical solutions;
Briefing and managing a team of 5: two graphic designers (UX and UI), two web developers (front and back-end), and one quality assurance professional.
Monitoring project progress and tracking action items;
Conducting design and implementation reviews, as well as examining, researching, and resolving issues;
Validating technical requirements and parameters through obtaining input from subject-matter experts;
Managing quality assurance test plans while maintaining project and technical documentation;
Directed outputs with a geographically dispersed team;
Served as the key contact for the client for the project status.
